I ran the chains.
Now I'm rebuilding them.

I started in supply chains the hard way — on the floor, in spreadsheets, managing real disruptions at real companies. Dolce & Gabbana. Florence by Mills. Fairoak Foods. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Five years of understanding what actually breaks, what actually works, and where the gaps live.

"I ran the chains. Now I'm rebuilding them."

Today, I work at the edge of supply chain intelligence — consulting, researching, and building. My multi-agent neural network project Mincon Intel is a live experiment in what next-generation planning systems can look like. My writing distils hard-won operational patterns into frameworks that actually transfer.

Based in Hyderabad. Publishing weekly on LinkedIn and YouTube. If you're building the future of supply chains — or trying to understand it — let's talk.

Where I've
Operated

5 years across global markets — every role grounded in real operational execution, not theory.

Dolce & Gabbana
UK Global Markets
Luxury Beauty
Operations · Logistics · Demand & Supply Planning · Inventory · S&OP

Managed multi-function supply chain operations for one of the world's most demanding luxury beauty brands — spanning end-to-end logistics, inventory positioning, demand and supply planning, and S&OP cycle management across complex international markets.

Florence by Mills

FMCG Beauty
Demand Planning · S&OP

Led demand planning and S&OP processes for a fast-scaling beauty brand — building forecast accuracy in a high-velocity FMCG environment, aligning commercial and operational plans to support rapid growth without stock fragility.

Fairoak Foods

FMCG Food
End-to-End Supply Chain

Owned the full supply chain from supplier to shelf — procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, demand planning, and customer fulfilment. Operated in a tight-margin food environment where shelf-life constraints and demand volatility left no room for inefficiency.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories
UK Global Markets
Pharma
Supply Chain Transformation · Automation

Drove supply chain transformation and process automation initiatives within one of India's premier pharmaceutical multinationals — redesigning workflows, reducing manual intervention, and building the operational infrastructure for a more intelligent, compliance-ready supply chain.

Mincon Intel
Multi-Agent Neural Network

Mincon Intel is a live research and engineering project: a multi-agent supply chain neural network with five autonomous agents, each specialising in a distinct planning domain and communicating through a coordination layer.

Built on transformer LLMs, RAG with vector databases, MIP solvers, and reinforcement learning policy networks — orchestrated via LangChain with cascading signal propagation between agents.

5 Pillars of
My Publishing

01
Artificial Intelligence
How AI is reshaping every layer of supply chain — from demand signals to autonomous decision-making at scale.
02
Supply Chain Digital Transformation
What real transformation looks like beyond dashboards — the systems, mindset shifts, and operational rewiring it actually requires.
03
End-to-End Supply Chains
The full chain — procurement to last-mile — and why optimising parts in isolation is the most expensive mistake in operations.
04
Supply Chain Agents
Autonomous agents that plan, respond, and self-correct across the supply network — the architecture that makes it real.
05
Neural Networks
Deep learning applied to demand forecasting, inventory intelligence, and pattern recognition that classical models cannot see.
