The Story

Five Years. Three Industries. End to End.

Five years across global supply chains — four and a half in the UK, now in India. I worked across every function: production planning, demand and supply planning, allocation and inventory management, S&OP, logistics, procurement and customer service. Not one at a time. All of them, end to end, across FMCG, Luxury Beauty and Pharma.

Every role I took on, I made it better than I found it. That is what built the trust. The C-suites I worked with came to rely on me because the work was always done — thoroughly, carefully, and with real understanding of what the business needed. That track record is what I am most proud of.

I completed a Graduate Programme in AI in Supply Chain Management — because I could see exactly where the industry was heading and wanted to be part of building it. That brought me back to India. Since May 2025, engaged as a Freelance Supply Chain Transformation Consultant — leading touchless operations and digital transformation initiatives at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from November 2025 to May 2026. Building VYUH — The Supply Chain Neural Network — five autonomous AI agents handling demand planning, procurement, production, inventory and logistics as one connected system. Looking to partner with next-level industry change experts to build the next generation of supply chain.

Where the Work Happened

Five Years. Three Industries. Every Function.

Not industries I advise. Industries I worked inside — production planning, demand and supply planning, allocation and inventory management, S&OP, logistics, procurement and customer service.
